I would suggest to try another CFW, like reinand and check if you have the same problem.
You can also try to update rxTools to latest release available here: http://lavanoid.github.io/
Dont forget, when updating any CFW, always delete all old files and copy the new ones over.

I updated rxtools, It didn't help. I will try reinand probably. Cheers

Also, 17GB +2GB emunand = 19GB card, you told that you did format it, so it is quite a weird storage size. HOw did you format it?
Also, did you try to reformat the card using the emunand9 tool and restore it after that?

It's wrong size because i have 10 gigs of games already installed there.
I didn't use emunand9 tool. I will try it

Back when I was doing it I was using gateway to create it. It was like in november.
Although I have fresh SD card and I created emunand with emunand9 tool, and it didn't make any difference.

I've had a similar message in the past - often occurred when I batch installed several CIA's. Removing some items from the folder I was installing from fixed it (and available space wasn't an issue for me either - I had over half of a 64Gb card available).
Try placing your cia's in a folder rather than at root of the SD.

The last and final word i would say on this (before to advice to restart your o3ds configuration from scratch), is that if several different CIA installer gives you the same error, then you should definitely check your CFW, it seems the patches are not applied successfully to emunand.

So definitely try another CFW.

I just formatted my emunand, and restoring files to SD. Gonna try another CFW after that. Can you link me reinand? Does reinand work on o3ds?

How do I do that? I didn't downgrade. I had 9.2

I formatted my emunand, updated rxtools, restored SD files back. It doesn't work.

Check your SD card....

If its not that. I once had a similar problem where I moved CIA files back and forth from an SD card rather than just copy them over from the PC hard drive... For some reason moving them (cut andnpasting them) resulted in all .CIA files being corrupted.

Try downloading a fresh .CIA not one from your collection.
