No... He wants to convert a CIA back to a 3DS file. Not the other way around.

Currently, I don't know of any tool that can do that. You are just going to have to find the .3ds version of your Warez.

i remeber @100pcrack made a tool "3DS&CIA Converter" that can convert cia to 3ds and 3ds to cia

This is the program I did use, but, when I select the rom converte to 3ds, the sky3ds+ rename the file 3ds to 3s.bad

Sky3DS+ dont load modified roms only legit 3ds files.

Sky3DS+ dont load modified roms only legit 3ds files.

But It could load a modified rom, labyrunth no kanaka patch jap-eng (rom mod) works fine in sky3ds+

Yeah, this is because the program need the cia, and to this cia make two copies in 3ds format (mod and temp) and too need extracter every files from cia.

Explanation: the CIA file doesn't have header data that's required to make a valid .3ds file, and it is also missing a proper file signature, which is required by Sky3ds (as sky3ds effectively just "mounts" the image and treats it as a retail cartridge, if the cartridge "image" isn't valid, the rom cart won't treat it as valid.

For eshop games now a days they are usually only getting .cia releases instead of both .3ds and .cia like they used to.
