There is a way to do this
U use emunand9tool and copy NAND.bin from any 9.2 backup and copy it over ur sysnand
BOOM THERE U HAVE A 9.2 3DS just a bricked 9.2 3ds

And how do you propose he even uses emunand9 tool when that requires ARM9 (and thus 9.2 and below, without ntrcardhax/arm9loaderhax, neither of which are end-user friendly)? I know it's a joke post, but at least try to make it semi-feasible.

Yes there is. We predicted these threads weeks before 10.4 was even released. Aside from the fact that not upgrading beyond an exploitable fw should be common sense to anyone, ShinyMK has been here long enough to pick up on what's going on.

If/when the next exploit gets released, people are going to ask if they should update. Then the fw after, they will ask if the exploit works. It's goddamn annoying.
Just because it's annoying doesn't mean you have to act like :whip::!::cry:.
With that logic I can act like ** to anyone else that annoys me here as well.

You don't have to do anything. And reacting negatively to something isn't always a bad thing. It's not an issue that it's annoying. it's an issue, and annoying, watching people continually update, then get all helpless and whiney about not having exploits. And it happens over and over. Its like watching your kid beating his own head against the wall for no reason. If explaining not to do that doesn't work, at some point you just have to bust his ass.

Like I said in the post you skipped, we're not shitty for the sake of being shitty. But you can't help people that are resistant to learning. I think @cooroxd was justified in his tone.

Okay, let me...try again. Do you actually think acting that way does any good? Or are you just trying to make your day brighter by pointing out someone's stupidity? You know that being insulting or even condescending to someone won't change whether or not they're being stupid/annoying/etc. Also, the REASON duplicate threads get made like this is 99% because they didn't bother searching, thus your "message" falls upon deaf ears (or, more accurately, is isolated only to the person who has already made the thread).

My point is, being horrible is really just a waste of your own time and energy AND server resources...so, essentially, by making a useless, unhelpful post inside of a useless, unhelpful thread, you're polluting the site just as much as the person who made the thread.

Of course, if you add up ALL of the rude, reprimanding posts that you've likely made over dozens of useless threads, you've probably wasted more site resources than all of the people making useless posts combined. ^_^ Why not devote that time and energy to posting positive and/or useful comments, rather than trying to tear people down?

And a final note, reacting negatively to something is NEVER a good thing...negativity is a destructive force that benefits no one. Reacting APPROPRIATELY to the situation at hand is a better option. You could have found a nicer, more civil way to guide the member to a relevant thread, rather than attacking them. ^_^

Try what again? You asked me a question and I answered it. I didn't know it was a debate. Or maybe my answer wasn't good enough..

I know why these threads get made. And for someone who's been here, like op, the tone is effective. He already asked the thread be closed and I'm sure in the future he'll avoid the ridicule by using the search bar.

I didnt say anything to him in the first place. @cooroxd did, i was just defending his reaction, which is far from horrible. As far as wasting time and resources, what are you doing now?

You say 'of course' as if you're familiar with my postings. Which I can assure you your not, because you couldn't be more wrong. Youre far reaching for nonexistent evidence for your lack of arguement. I help newcomers all the time, and have been on your side of the arguement. But the key is 'newcomers', these members don't know any better.

And a final note, reacting negatively to something is NEVER a good thing...negativity is a destructive force that benefits no one. Reacting APPROPRIATELY to the situation at hand is a better option.

This is the most immature thing I've read. Negativity is required for growth and learning and is, alot of the time, the APPROPRIATE reaction. I'm not going to get into the psychology of behavioral response to social queues. But if we were all overly polite and tolerant all the time we would be weak overly polite tolerant retards until our eventual extinction.

You could have found a nicer, more civil way to guide the member to a relevant thread, rather than attacking them. ^_^

Again, I didn't say anything to him. I don't know if you're stupid, illiterate, or so caught up in being a social justice warrior that you failed to read who said what. Btw, this whole sjw thing is a fad started by a generation of angsty pussies that have no idea what real struggle is, and with no real purpose they start irrational campaigns like the one you have going now. So someone said something with a harsh tone. So what? He was right and justified, and you should have better things to do then try and play internet superhero. Now please stop wasting our precious server resources.

Lol, no :D
