No reason to not update to 10.4 emunand as long as whatever CFW you're using uses 10.2 NATIVE FIRM or below.

Okay, so I was able to successfully use the Debugger on the Mii Plaza to get 9999 plaza tickets, but Pokemon Ruby still won't work. Is that because of the online killswitch built into ntr? I don't want to cheat in online, I just want to be able to tinker with other stuff. The online part of the game has anti-hacks in place, anyway!

Yes, that was on a n3DS running ReiNand 10.4 with CTR 3.3. I just tried it on my o3DS running rxtools 10.4 and it didn't work.

Thanks for this. For me the update seems to be less stable then 3.2. I haven't tried the official release either. Im going to revert to the 3.2 build you made previously. 3.3 throws a system error has occurred sometimes when switching games or game hangs at 3ds loading screen.

I can't for the life of me remember how to compile this plugin, could you point me to a small guide sir?

I didn't create a plugin, I just pushed it through the debugger using that exact command while it was connected. I believe there's a sample source code w/tutorial somewhere in one of the NTR threads (maybe this one?). It would be nice to have a plugin that'd lock play coins...though we do have PlayCoinSetter....

I copied the line for the US cheat.plg, and still nothing, am I missing something?
