Or if your in EmuNAND (Gateway 3DS), you can install the CIA version of the Homebrew Launcher and load it up from there (You need the internet though).It does work in 10.4, but only in O3DS.

Works with my N3DS EmuNAND 10.4 AFAIK. It may work with an O3DS too.

I've tried maybe 20 times with the method for O3ds to get browserhax up and running and its not working at all on 10.4, I don't think.
