A new NNID would probably fix it (it seems that that's how they're banning, via NNID).

I think they come out daily.
But be careful, just because you haven't been banned yet doesn't mean that you won't be, especially on 10.4. They probably just haven't gotten to your NNID on the list yet.

Could someone with USA gateway do this and make a spider code?

EDIT: THE GATEWAY CODES WORK WITH SPIDER BUT ITS PROBABLY A BAD IDEA ANYWAY BECAUSE OF THE BANS

nothing is confirm , but it feels more safe like that.
when you unlock the catcher you send to nintendo as you paid , but you didn't ( i think ).
