I've a question, if I download and install an out of region CIA on my 3ds, would I be able to redownload it from the Eshop?

don't think so, cuz game ID unavailable on ur eShop.

Yeah, don't wait on that. They don't bundle up with predownloaded games anymore. They just give you a download code, a thing they should have done ages ago.

So I've got a N3DS XL ver 10.3.0-28E and all im getting is black screen when trying to launch NASA.
Using Menuhax, but tried with browserhax too. Ironhax is not possible for me due to the fact that im unable to download Ironfall from any eShop

I've tried these things:

• just launching it
• launching after went in to ftBRONY
• using gridlauncher
• having it on all night with black screen
• turning wifi on and off
• launching NASA without any CIAs on the SD

And I've updated to 1.1, but still doesn't work
Batteries full and charger on
2,6gb free out of 4gb

only legit cia games. By "legit", we mean games that were dumped from a bundle console. Only about 20 different games are available as legit CIAs.

If you installed Animal Crossing HHD EU on an american console you can't do the eShop fix, right?

no. you can't update out of region games through eShop afaik

This is probably a silly question but does nasa work on a 9.2 downgraded system? I'm still trying to learn about cfw and what not before I fiddle with that stuff but I plan on downgrading.

Yes, v.1.1 of NASA works on any 3DS with fw 4.1 - 10.3. Obviously cias you'll be able to install will change depending on your situation (For example if you run NASA through a CFW, you'll be able to install any kind of CIAs).

It will show up on your 3ds as the speed of the transfer and how many MB it has completed out of the total
