No need for WINE, just use python directly:

Well i just tested my current version on my o3ds and it works so maybe all regions will be the same between n3ds and o3ds

Based on @Theswweet's post right before yours, they match at least for N3DS US and JPN. And if @Shadowtrance's EUR patches work on both O3DS and N3DS, then I think we can assume it's safe for US and JPN O3DS too. In short, yeah.

Edit: The if statement is different, but the other important offsets do match USA.

n3ds... but seems to work on o3ds too (at least for me, EUR).

Just tried on a 10.4 emunand N3DS and it dumped a bunch of files which are attached.
