ROM Hack i need help!

So I want to create an ORAS ROM Hack that follows the Kanto storyline where you get the Kanto starters and other stuff. Could someone please help me out? All that I've found on the internet is randomizing and other things. I know how to dump and things but if anyone knows how to edit starters without the game crashing, and also if anyone knows how to edit other stuff like 3D models that would be REALLY helpful. I'm planning to release it once I/and anyone who wants to work with me and I get done with it.

I'm not trying to sound rude, and PLEASE don't take this the wrong way, but if you want people to help with your ROM hack, you should at least show you have SOME skill with ROM hacking. I'm not saying you don't have skill, but you should prove it before asking people to blindly help you.

I know you aren't trying to sound rude, but that does sting a little and yes, I have no experience ROM hacking with ORAS, but that's what I'm trying to learn how to do. At the very least, could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

You can't hack the latest games to the extent the GBA games can.

pk3DS can edit certain things, but changing scripts, starters and maps is not possible at this time.

Sort of; nobody has gotten script editing working.

Scattered all throughout this forum are Pokemon mod resources.

As for game script editing, I wouldn't expect it for at least another year.. Nobody has done any code.bin modifying as far as I know. I attempted it but it's way above my level.

If this is something that you would like to do, then go for it by all means! It is however going to require significant amounts of work on your part, if you honestly cannot even be bothered to mine all available data on the subject by yourself, how the heck you could think your going to have the tenacity to actually make progress is beyond me. I'm aware of threads on here about Pokemon model editing and I don't even give a crap about it. I don't mean this as a personal attack, It's just beyond me why mods don't stomp on threads like this.
