Only guess is that if it's legit, it would I guess be illegal to post them since you can dump the IOSU image using them.

Won't happen at least until IOSU exploit is released, and even then it's a strict maybe. So for the time being, no, no one can start on it.

Look at hykemthedemon's twitter post and read the replies. Crediar posted both keys and hykem smiled. They're correct. Match against the sha1 hashes fail0verflow posted if you really consider necessary.
