Does it have a cia version ? Last time i checked it didn't. it was some time ago though.
Why would you need a CIA version anyway? A CIA wouldn't be possible unless someone have Hans some adjustments to choose a game from inside Hans but at its current state a CIA isn't possible. You can always install a hblauncher CIA and launch Hans from the hblauncher

Well with Ntr CFW's clock adjust plugin I was able to adjust clock speed whenever I wanted on emunand and set it to default before putting my n3ds on sleep mode. I just like the easy access to it.

It's just much more convenient man...
That may very well be true, but people really need to stop asking for things as a cia version (not saying you did, you had a genuine question) that can't work as a cia version is my point. :)
Just something that gets on my nerves. haha Especially with things like Decrypt9 which are totally not possible as a cia...

Well not every can be as informed as some people in such matters :)

They can be if they look past their nose and maybe search a little and read a little like those of us that DO know. :)
But sadly most people are lazy and doing that is too hard. haha

Everyone can be the president of USA if we follow that logic :) But anyway this has become really off-topic.

Whenever cell9 gets around to it i guess. There is issues open on github though so they're aware of it (or will be when they see it).
Until then we play the waiting game...

So what's stopping this from working on 10.3? Is it being looked into, has it even been acknowledged? This not being updated is the primary reason I don't think I want to update to 10.3. (daily use with clockspeed, cheating with badge arcade)

Edit: Actually it would appear that NTR doesn't work AT ALL on reiNAND 3.0... (not even on 10.3 - on 9.5)

It seems like it doesn't recognize the reinand firm... maybe it'll work on rxtools emunand 10.3 when it'll be released. but there's a lot of time 'till then...

It wont work on RxTools 10.3 N3DS either as its not the cfw the problem it ARM11 hooks in the system itself
