I own, a R4 dual core 2014, DSTWO,Sky3DS, and I am on rxtools latest emunand.

I have tried blargsnes 1.3 as a .cia, and it failed to load most of my favorite games.
I have heard that DSTWO + has a 32mb ram chip but is it really necessary to be able to play snes roms that required more ram? Like mario rpg.

I use the DSTWO , i admit its decent for games that have lower resolution. Its just weird that the 3DS XL has no issue playing ocarina of time 3d and cant do much about old snes titles.
I wonder if it would be bossible to make .smc roms bigger with some sort of free floating room for the ram to deploy. I wouldn't mind if mario RPG weighted 40mb instead of 4mb

What is the best way to play SNES roms on a 3DS XL?

While lazing around in your Beavis and Butthead pajamas as you sip your Capri Sun and munch your Gushers fruit snacks while Nirvana plays in the background.

I bet you're loads of fun at parties... :glare: The best way to play snes on your 3ds xl because you can't find anyone that wants to play with you is with retroarch pocketsnes with composite filter turned on.

The dstwo version cuts some lines out, making some text difficult to read.
