This must be the 73th time I try to get FBI to work, I'm using Menuhax on Old 3DS XL 10.3.0-28E firmware (iirc). Either it goes up to "Cleaning up..." where I'm able to press A *but* fails to install; or goes to "Done" but shows messed up text; or still goes to "Done" with everything apparently working fine except it freezes.

They are EUR version, but with hans or Region4 you can play

You may see that your settings is 9.2 but we cant easily tell if important things like NATIVE_FIRM were successfully downgraded so thats why its good to use this or it could cause problems when installin CFW https://github.com/ihaveamac/downgrade-check/releases/download/v1.0/downgrade-check1.0.zip

Yes and unsigned CIA so basically anything it dosent have to be Legit.

You have to install the update, try using eshop spoof.

You can only just keep trying and remember to only click a if it says done if it dosent power down your 3ds and keep trying.
