you will need a 9.2 or bellow 3ds with coldboot installed
1)boot hb channel with coldboot method
2)use gateway ninjhax 3dsx to boot to the gateway menu
3)restore your nand (always backup your nand)

But if you're bricked you wouldn't be able to gain access to the HBL due to the fact coldboot requires the homemenu to launch?

you should change the title for how too unbrick sysnand on softbricked/semibricked because with hardbrick it wont help anything

This won't work for hardbricked users since a hardbricked 3DS crashes at boot before you can even use the HBL.
