I installed a cia format theme using fbi successfully in emuNAND but cannot find it.
old3ds
10.3(emuNAND)
cia apps install fine.

Your themes are installed in the Theme Settings button Top Left of your bottom screen hit that button then click Change Theme it should be in there if not try to remake the CIA.

Thx i got them after using bigbluemenu instead of fbi
