I have a N3ds I just got rxTools with a 9.5 emuNAND I went to set a theme with homemenu hax and I set shuffle so I can set a theme after I have not been able to get into emuNAND I tried formating my SD card and using a different CFW like pasta any way I can fix this? I don't mind if I have to format My 3ds I already did that earlier any help is appreciated.

If I am correct you should have a back up of you're NAND? Try to restore that one over you're current SD and see what it does.

Or else use Linux (Gparted) or a windows tool to format you're SD card and make certain that 1-2GB partition is formatted as well into the rest. Then retry creating a emuNAND.

I do have a back up but I don't know how to inject it into my SD card https://gbatemp.net/threads/emunand-tool-release-and-support-thread.359239/ this what I used to back it up

Same issue happened to me, at the end the only solution i could find was to not update, just stay in 9.2 and you'll be fine.

Hello do these things

1.- put MICRO SD card to pc
2.- search nintendo 3ds file
3.- you will see 2 or 1 file "xxxxxxxxxxxxxx"copy the one who is from emunad and rename it by any name you want but dont move it
4.-start emunand and it should work
5.- put micro sd card again on your pc
6.- go again at nintendo 3ds file and you will se that the file that you changed names is again there
7.- copy the file inside the one who you renamed it and put it on the new "xxxxxxxxxxx" if it ask you to replace a file select "NO"

That's it your emunand is 9.5

If you have a working emunand backup, then put the card in your pc and backup your 3ds folder, then put the card on your 3ds and use gateway launcher.dat to format your emunand (this will erase your whole card) then put the card back in your pc open the program and choose inject emunand and browse to your emunand backup and select it.

Note that last time I used that tool it saved my backup ad emunand.bin but when you go to inject it then it looks for nand.bin, so change the name of your backup or just browse to and select emunand.bin.

emuNAND Tool on PC doesn't recognize the n3DS NAND size i believe, emuNAND9Tool (it's a homebrew) should work with your backup though.

rxTools says everywhere that it doesn't support N3DS that's probably the reason for the error here? What CFW should N3DS users use instead?

It might be all i know is everything was working fine before i shuffled themes

Actually, version 1.0.1 works. It 1.0.3 that has that injecting problem.

so should i download 1.0.1 or use the emuNAND9 tool?

Either works. I prefer emunand tools so I don't have to go looking for the files.
