I picked up a Samsung 64GB micro SD from BB recently. It was formatted as exFat, and when I tried to format in fat32 the only option available in Windows was NTFS and exFat. Anyone have experience with this?

Windows doesn't allow you to format cards that are above 32 gb in fat32 with it's built in formatter for some weird reason. You can use a partition manager to do it or a tool specifically made for fat32 formatting.

I'm running a 128GB card in fat32. Just remember when formatting to fat32 with a program under windows that you create a primary partition and not logical.

I'll probably use a sdxc card at some point in the future as well.

To the guys already using bigger cards: what cluster size have you chosen while formatting to fat32?
