When all else fails you'll want to perform a LLF using this tool http://hddguru.com/software/HDD-LLF-Low-Level-Format-Tool/ keep in mind this will wipe the card entirely and you'll be required to format the card after.

I have a feeling your card has some hidden partition that for whatever reason windows isn't detecting (or something to that nature). Regardless if it works or not, at least you'll have a squeaky clean SD card.

*EDIT* Or the cards crap, you can't fix crap.

I'll try this tonight, but i think it's the card, cuz i already tried to delete and re-allocate the partition in windows

Edit:

4) Updating to 9.5 will allow you to play games that may require an update; however, some cia files have firmware spoofing that allows them to be played on lower firmwares.

So absolutely no need to update to 9.5? Because when i look Xenon's Tuto ( https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-how-to-update-emunand-on-a-n3ds.393701/ ) it looks like after update there is no mode RX CFW right? Will i have to do everything one more time?

i've succeeded downgrading from 10.3 to 9.2, and now i'm on 9.5 emunand.

Currently i'm not setting NNID for emunand.
What I'd like to ask:
- Is it safe for an emunand that are not linked to NNID to play online?
- Is it ok / safe to never link NNID to emunand and playing online (.cia games + .cia game update)
- Whats the difference between downloading game updates from eshop and download updates in .cia? Does updating from eshop is safer? cause i remember ppl posting that they got banned playing pokemon with .cia game update, then other forum members tells them to use eshop updates to avoid ban.

Thanks

nnid is required for some online games but otherwise its safe

see above

nothing
Does updating from eshop is safer?
. . . .technically yes as there is a tiny risk involved in installing any .cia "thats why we do things in emunand tho so dont worry"
