Alright, thanks pal, does Nintendo keep track of who didn't buy it because it suddenly just appears on someone's account lol

It doesn't actually appear on your account, go look in your list of download and re-downloadable content, they don't show up there.
They show up as downloaded and re-downloadable on eShop because your 3DS has the right tickets, but do a system format and they are gone.

So we can probably expect that to get patched out with the next version of the eShop. They'll likely add in a check, connecting with your account.

Doubt it, we've been able to install legit .cias for a long time now and they've never added any kinds of checks against it.
Granted, this is the first time we're able to do it on the latest firmware.

Heck, they already have checks that deletes any pirated DLC that you don't actually own on your account (themes and game DLC), yet all pirated installed games are left untouched.

Menuhax is the best entrypoint so far.

The thing is... when they said "Dont change themes!!!" i was thinking the regular 3ds themes.
I thought the CNHH (or whatever) was fair game (well, since is one of the first things you see when you boot HBL)

Well, you can install a theme along with Menuhax.
Nobody can see your themes though unless you make a screenshot of your 3DS or something... it's useless, just saying.

I know, but since ive changed themes using CNHH the menuhax was rended useless... forever.

Well if you want to make this work then you need Menuhax.

Because downgrading is better?
10.3 users can downgrade now so this version of FBI is pretty much useless.
Why get only a bit of chocolate when you can get it all? :3

Cause that's how you get fat, straight to your thighs lol there's consaquenses (sorry cant spell that word) for everything. Some people just don't want to take the risk and don't want it shoved in there faces every other post. Like 9.2 is the be all and end all

I understood already. You can use it but it will remove your themes.

I followed all the instructions and nothing bad happened. Did it 2 times. 2. 2 2 2 c:
Strange how people said that even if you follow instructions you will get bricked... wrong. They either ****ed up with the files or they used a N3DS.
But hey, it's your choice here!
(And you can also ignore the posts about downgrading. c; Hope I didn't start a war or something qwq)

I only got ironhax to boot FBI 3 times. out of probably a hundred or more tries. maybe it was placebo but that card eject thing worked for me. I hope your sd card is big enough for all of your cias, you're going to want to install everything at once.

When in ironhax, connect to Wi-fi, launch Menuhax and press install.
Your theme will be changed to the basic white one. You can change it to red, blue, yellow or black after that.
