I have recently downgraded a to 9.1.0-20J and installed custom firmware.

I have a few EU and US roms, for example SSB. The game is patched to the latest version but for some reason I am unable to play online.

Everytime I attempt to agree to the T&C for online it just goes round in a loop.

The games play correctly otherwise.

Is this because of the region of the CIAs doesn't match the emunand/console region or is it because of the 9.1.0-20 firmware?

Is there a way around this issue?
