Nope. It's on the whole way through. It looks like it should work (all the CIAs say installed, all the way to Native firm, and then the reboot part). But when it reboots after it's finished, it's always a soft-brick.
have you managed to downgrade your system? I successfully booted to 9.2 on the 2nd try.

Also i saw: NATIVE_FIRM INSTALLED
to be installed first before any CIAs and the last one was just a CIA. Is it okay? or my native_firm is broken?

Well that was only 35 minutes ago, and I had given up for the night. So no. I'm still on 10.3. As I said, every time I go at it I end up with a soft-brick. The cia's are installed, and Native Firm is installed after exactly 41 cias. After Native Firm is installed, the system reboots into a soft-brick. Every time.

As for your situation, it sounds like you used an unsafe downgrader. Where did you get the app? Certainly it's not one of Julian's builds? I'm guessing you used one of the earlier ones. Nothing wrong with that if it successfully downgraded. But IIRC doing Native Firm first ups your chances of bricking.

Did you formated your SD card?

I used the sysupdater link on the OP as TuxSH said. I've seen people having their NATIVE_FIRM installed on the final part of the CIA, but mine was installed at the very first before any of the CIAs. Did it full downgrade? or was it just partial?

Yup. I've formatted it both the quick and total formats. I've used two different SD cards.

TuxSH's build is indeed 'unsafe'. It's not a big deal after the fact when Native Firm was downgraded. You're fine. The newer sys updaters do it last for safety.

I'm asked why only the Japanese need to remove the 000400102002CA00.cia if they have a N3DS/N3DS XL... I'm European (Italian), if I remove it too, I get the brick anyway? (Or is a bit more safe way?)

Just done my monster hunter n3ds xl was gonna wait till something safer but it's only a matter of time before Nintendo pull the plug on people using safe mode to get back to 10.3 there servers must be on overtime. Everything was a success was on 9.8e now it's installing 32gb worths of cias with rxtools. I got it working after only 3 attempts formatted both sd and system as I can put any game on it now anyway.

Did you format the console itself, by any chance?

I've done all this correctly, downgraded, emunand installed, cold boot setup, the works all on a N3ds, the only issue I'm having is that I can't update the emunand as it soft bricks after even attempting to update it, meaning I have to setup all again, I'm guessing due to being a new 3ds, I'd have to cia install the 10.3.0.30 (insert region here) onto the Emunand?

9.5 only for n3ds newer games still work as there crytrofixed Mario paper jam is 10.1 and works on n3ds.

Yes and sd card only used a small sd card with only the needed files for it. Used browserhax and worked after 3 attempts

Ah. Formatting the console seems to be the trick. I really didn't want to do it, but it seems I'll have to.
