Congrats now I just want to get in to see if uninstalling this CIA will let me buy the game from the estore.

So I have installed MH3 CIA using this method. Does it install the game onto the system memory as well as the SD card? So as i have multiple3ds and 2ds consoles, can i use the one sd card with the mh3 installed and insert it into any 3ds console to play the game? Or do i have to install the game through FBI for each console?

It edits the tickets on your system when it installed the CIA so I'm pretty sure putting the sd card in another system won't work.

For some reason my 2ds has a 100% success rate of loading FBI, whereas i got FBI to work once on my original blue 3ds out of about 50 tries. And the white 3ds doesnt work at all.

DAMN I WAS LUCKY TODAY!
Only took me around 15 tries, no ejecting cards, mashing buttons etc. Just restarting and launching FBI did the trick

Anyway you can uninstall a CIA with fbi and tell me of it didn't let you redownload it from the store like normal?

yes, it often does that. All you can do is hope that you reach "Done" and it lets you continue, without hanging. Took me lots of tries. So, I recommend you install all the CIAs u want at once, cuz its hard to boot FBI.

I never tried to uninstall a CIA with FBI, I uninstall them through Data Management.

is there anyway to get past the solo mode freeze on the EU cia version of super smash? All Usa files I tried the links weren't working on that chaos site.

solo mode shouldn't freeze. the only part where it should freeze is if you hit the home menu button apparently.
i'd suppose you need to reinstall or get a fresh file altogether.
or use eur version and start it with hans

I just did it like an hour ago installed it from the estore just fine.

The card-ejecting worked everytime for me though... I entered the FBI menu 5 times and successfully installed every CIA.
Don't give up though, you'll probably find a better method but the cartridge one is the best (at least for me). I could make a video for it but later maybe.

can you do it without doing the cartridge method? to see if the method really works.

It does work. You gotta aim it at the right time. For me, FBI slowed down a bit, but didnt cause anything too serious. Installed KTD fine, and playing it right now actually

Yup, after a few tries you get the hang of it and it's extremely easy to install any legit CIAs
