Is ctrBootManager booting rxTools from the code.bin in /rxTools/sys/ ? It should look like this on the bottom screen. If the code.bin is not there, copy it from the rxTools archive.

(Sorry, did not put this part in the tutorial)
The files should have been copied from the rxTools zip to the SD Card like this:
Root of SD Card: <rxTools archive>/release/rxTools
/3ds/ on SD Card: <rxTools archive>/release/ninjhax/rxTools
After those files are in the right place it should boot (ctrBootManager could not find the ARM9 payload(code.bin) since it was not there.

AFAIK just copying over the rxTools folder should fix it. Also, I'm on a n3ds so this version of rxTools might act differently on your system.
Also, I forgot about this
It's the manual for rxTools, the installing rxTools on o3ds section starts halfway down page 28.
You can stop after step 6

damn it hahaha, Well, not I can boot up RxTools from the ctrBootManager, but as soon as the program start (this is the 3.0 version, and I was using the 2.6 version) just starts to install some stuff and says: The installation failed, And yes, I followed the guide you just gave me =)

Here's an older build of rxTools you can try Link
And heres another installation guide for rxTools (You can probably skip to the 'CFW - RXTOOLS' section)
