Homebrew Need some help with RxTools

I already google everywhere for an answer , but no one seems to know what this is/ how it gets fixed, well, I'm trying to install FBI, through RxTools, But it always show up this message:

Error: Couldn't find H&S TMD/content

can anyone shine a light on my eyes and tell what I have to do? thanks alot!

when you download rxTools, there should have been a folder in the Tools folder called "fbi_injection". open that folder and find your 3ds region and open it, inside should be 3 folder, check which one your 3ds uses and drag the contents to the Root of your SD card then go back and
install FBI trough RX tools.

that's what I was told to do, but which of the 3 is the one I have to use? acording to a tutorial I watched I have to try to install FBI withouth those files first so that I know which version I have to chose next, but as I said, I dont get any info besides that error, whereas the guy at the tutorial got his version (and ofc he then transfered the files)

there is an option to check i just forgot how, if you are on FW 9.2 its probably going to be "v2051" as that worked both for my US and Japanese 3Ds

do I get any risk of bricking the console if I dont choose the right one? If not then Ill go ahead and install that one, if not then I might have to research some more hehehe

go to RxTools then ADVANCED--->INSTALL FBI--->then choose either sysNAND or emuNAND--->and press b to check which version you need

somehow Im not able to get into rxtools, again, it seems like the browser gets frozen after a few seconds it runs... Dunno what to do

the browser is working again, it was my internet connection hahaha, though I'm not able to get rxtools to launch now, Whenever I visit the rxtools site it just keeps saying communication error

nope, does that make any difference?

holding the L trigger would send you to rxTools menu, if you dont hold it, it boots you straight to emunand

ohh I get what you mean, And its R hahaha, but I'm not even able to get RxTools to run, as the browser just keeps saying connection error

why not just install theme/shuffle/menu hax? Then you could just boot it from there

and afaik Im not even able to run browserhax, so I cant run the HBL

try again but this time delete you browsers savedata and try launching the rxtools site again

(If you have not used a theme yet, go to the theme menu on sysNand and let it create the theme-management data, I'm also assuming rxTools in already in the /3ds directory of your SD card, also assuming you have an emuNAND set up)
1.) Download Homebrew starter kit from http://smealum.github.io/3ds/ and unzip it to your sd card
2.) Scan the QR code at http://yls8.mtheall.com/3dsbrowserhax.php with your 3ds (L+R to open camera, then click on the QR code symbol in the bottom left)
3.) From HBL, launch menuhax-manager and hit install.
4.) Turn off 3ds.
5.) Open SD card on PC and rename boot.3dsx to bootHBL.3dsx
6.) Download ctrBootManager from https://gbatemp.net/threads/ctrbootmanager-3ds-boot-manager-loader-homemenuhax.398383/ and unzip it to your sd card
7.) Boot up 3ds with L button held.
8.) When ctrBootManager shows up select rxTools and start holding L again until rxTools loads.

NOTES:
If browserhax does not work, try clearing your cookies.

thanks! I was able to install the ctrBootManger! though whenever I hit A for RxTools it says, failed to find payload arm9, any help there? =), but so far its amazing!
