Homebrew How to install legit CIA files 9.3-10.3

For some reason, having an OoT cart inside of the slot on my n3DS prevented it from ever working. Immediately on the first attempt after I removed the cart, it worked successfully.

I had oot inserted and it worked fine for me.

Side note: I can get the test-app to display DEADCAFE on my 3DS but after saying that it freezes, just like when saying Done in the FBI installer...

Well, nothing works on my 3 N3DS systems :/
Tried booting with MenuHax/IronHax/OoTHax/NinjHax/Webexploit the farest i get is Done, then it freezes (Sometimes it freezes at Overwrite complete or Map Complete (most of the time) or Cleaning up...)
On 4 O3DS systems it worked from the first try or second try, been trying since 12PM till now 9pm on a regular base on all 3 N3DS systems :/

I've gotten it on my N3DS ONCE. Just once. And installed Mario Kart 7. Because I forgot to move over my other .cia files. Been trying since last night to get back in.

after removing the Game cartridge, i can boot into FBI without errors

Well, I spent 6 hours straight trying this on my Friend's 10.3U N3DS until it finally decided to work, patience is the key to victory here.

You can install it, it won't show up in your home menu, but when you chose HANS it will show up.

Install via FBI, once installed launch HANS, select the game by pressing left/right in the d pad. Then, select the region of the game (in this case EU), click ok, done!

Ah, that seems easy. Will all CIAs work or only a few? I heard SSB doesn't work. >.>

I am literally always able to run the installer on my Old 3DS XL first try no matter what I do but on my New 3DS it never works, no matter what I do. And when I once in like a trillion tries get to "Done" it simply freezes...

Of course and it will downgrade to 9.2 and install every game in the 3DS libary in less than a nano second.
