Homebrew How to install legit CIA files 9.3-10.3

I guess somehow I had a different HomeBrew Launcher because I erased and I reinstall everything. And then, I got a another HomeBrew Launcher and the FBI didn't freeze with the red screen.

How is the interface of your homebrew launcher guys? Do you guys have a toolbar with a arrow and star?

I get the farthest with Ironhax on my 10.3 N3DS. But it always gets stuck on "Done." With MenuHax I can only get up to the cleaning up step. Guess I just have to keep trying.

Yes you can go further, I can get to the proper menu but nothing will install (definitely legit CIA file).

Just that if you want to install more, you're gonna have to go back into FBI again, which is a pain in the ass.

Oh that, yeah, this is my second time doing this, first time I installed Majora's Mask, now Pokémon OR and Tomodachi Life xD

can confirm, the exploit failed.

When this happens, you probably started after seeing "Cleaning up". You must see "Done" when staring FBI. If you don't, try again, don't bother trying to install. Took me more than 60 tries, worked in the end.

It does work but whenever I see done it just freezes (after me being happy as frick about it lol)

Here is a working-for-me method for New3ds users. ((Use themehax))
1)open ftbrony,then close with B+L+R+keydown
2)open with hans a game,select 804 speed, then press exit (without opening the game before!!)
3)open FBI...it should write balbalabla..done. Then press A
I've installed 2 games on my new3ds 10.3 with this metod
