It depends. If you want only these legit CIA games, then you can stay. If you want to use RxTools and a lot of ROMs, then you can downgrade.

Do you guys know a faster way than using FTP to transfer the legit cia to a N3DS?

I got Pokemon OR and it's over 1GB, will take hours! And damn, I don't have any screwdriver to open de the N3DS and get out the sdcard.

Any suggestions?

It seems like most people having problems are on N3DS, right? I know I am. My brother on O3DS seemed to have next to no trouble, just a few reboots.

Use DLAN from Settings -> Data management. It's faster than FTP. But still, best is to just to open your N3DS and put the card into PC with USB adapter. And dude, it's typical + screwdriver... You can unscrew this even with knife.

arm9loaderhax or ntrcardhax
to be used

No, the list in the OP is it, no more, no less!

There are some more pre-installed bundles, but those came out with sysnand higher then 9.2 and atm there's no way to dump ticket.db to rip those (unless you downgrade such a system)
(example: Animal Crossing Happy home Designer)

N3DS allows you to conect with your PC via network.

I definetly think it has to do something with N3DS. Once I got it working once, it never stopped working (besides 1 or 2 crashes) and I'm on O3DS. BTW, the guy working on this is shiny-banana on reddit I believe.
