That's what it's supposed to look like, but even still sometimes it will freeze. Have patience, I messed with it for hours before I finally managed it, and couldn't get it again so I stopped messing with it. Just make sure that whatever you do plan on installing is all on your SD card, because you don't want to have to try to go back and load it again once it does (and it will) work.

- Sysnand: 10.3.0-28U
- Booted HBL with: MenuHax v2.1
- Homebrew Version: Original Smea
- How many tries before FBI worked: Lost count, but took me about 3 to 4 hours of continuously trying. Really frustrating but oh well.
- How many tries before Legit CIA installation worked: 5 or 6
- Did it work: Yes, the games I installed work fine (FE:Awakening and MK7)

If it only saying it's cleaning up then it hasn't worked. It has to have a large block of text about 3/4 of the way down the screen and end in "Done" Or else nothing will load because there's no kernel. That's your problem.

So it can still launch FBI even if it hasn't gotten the right setup?

And the last one: If after installing MK7 I delete it and then I redownload it from eShop, will it be linked to my NNID ths time?

I spent all night trying to fix my 3DS alas its totally buggered. I am tempted to trade into CEX:
Pokemon X and Omega Ruby, Smash Bros, and AC:NL for £70 and buy a New 3DS XL (+30-40£) or maybe just a normal xl and just use this method to get the games back, sounds like a plan, no?
Heck maybe I'll get lucky and get a 9.2 system xD

If someone's wondering what type of error I get, here:

can confirm, the exploit failed.

When this happens, you probably started after seeing "Cleaning up". You must see "Done" when staring FBI. If you don't, try again, don't bother trying to install. Took me more than 60 tries, worked in the end.

Would someone who managed to actually install EUR .cia files be willing to run a checksum on them. If we could get a list of checksums for files that are confirmed working then people could easily check to see if they're using valid .cia, that would hopefully reduce the number of people wondering if they're using the right files. It's super easy to do as well. If you're on Windows simply open up CMD and run the following (for SHA-1):

CertUtil -hashdump [pathtoCIAfile] SHA1

or for MD5:

CertUtil -hashdump [pathtoCIAfile] MD5

If we got a list going, that would be awesome.

I can verify all the EUR CIAs below install and work on my EUR O3DS with 32gb Samsung Evo MicroSD.
Had to break the install into two lots as lack of SD space to hold all the CIA files & the installed data.
Copied/Installed the EUR ones, removed the source .CIA files then copied/installed
the Region-free ones, Took about 3 hours? Once all installed, I had 18gb used / 11.6 gigabytes left on my SD.
You can probably get away with a 16gb SD card, just only install two of the Pokemon games .
I'm assuming USA/JPN ones will work as well as they are from the same source.

I can't get EU Tomodachi Life working on my US O3DS 9.9 with hans. Just gives me black screen, any tips?

Yeah, actually i've been able to install only Tlozmm

All these games are legit CIAs installed on my 10.3 EU new3ds console.
All works well, took several tries to boot FBI properly though.
Using Menuhax, latest payload.
