This thread isn't even about installing CIAs or downgrading. It's about someone else's private 10.3 kernel exploit, yet I doubt most of you knew that with how off the rails this is.
Plus, to make it worse, we have so many people who are too impatient to actually wait for a reliable CIA method to come along. It's just... garbage.

Actually only Legit CIAs (Ones that come preinstalled on the 3DS on some sort of special model/version). Look it up on that CIA site.
