can someone explain how to install fbi? ive been able to get deadcafe but nothing happenes and im using a seperate memchunkhax because the folder downloaded doesnt show up

Does downgrading to 9.0 and updating to 9.2 via cart update would get ARM9 kernel working? If not can someone explain why? Thanks.
