Nope, just open FBI by itself.

At first, I tried going memchunkhax2 then FBI, but doing so made FBI freeze, so I rebooted, went straight into FBI, and it worked.
When booting FBI, it may seem like it's Frozen and didnt boot, just press a few buttons and it should take you to FBI.

Because the exploit is working; else people wouldn't brick their 3DSes when trying to downgrade with "unofficial" unstable tools based on Steveice10's memchunkhax2 repo.

You have to update to 10.3.It worked for me with ironhax 2.5

You have to update to 10.3.It worked for me with ironhax 2.5

Unless you have a hardmod, this is a dangerous process that will more likely than not brick your 3DS.
