so what do i put in the /update directory ttp or cias

ttp isn't for this program. Put the .cia files in "sdmc:/updates/<cia files>.cia"

You can find them from the ISO site.

DEADCAFE is a working exploit. So some users quickly did fixed it up to work with full legit cia installation stuff and now people are using sysupdater to downgrade their console. Very risky at the moment and a few bricks have happened. Crazy stuff.

There are claims of successful downgrade of US O3ds to 9.0 and EUR N3ds to 9.2 with the AlbinoDrought mchunkhax2 /w sysupdater pre-release. Don't try without hardmod or you could face a brick.

Looks unstable for now but veeery tempting.
