Everyone already knows that. Non need for multiple threads, and it is not N3DS only.
And a downgrade method (which also gives Kernel11) will allow all N3DS/3DS/2DS from 10.3 to 9.3 to downgrade to 9.2.

Are you talking about SNSHAX? I thought snshax uses the n3ds safemode ns. The normal safemod e NS and normal NS cannot run at the same time.

So SNSHax and Memchunkhax2 are going to do the same thing? Allow a 9.3 to 10.3 (n)3DS downgrade to 9.2?

So that means they will be fully-exploitable? Like the SNES emulators can access the whole CPU like the way a 9.0 n3DS can? Or is that not the case because it needs arm9 access and this only gives arm11? Forgive me, I am kind of new to this new stuff.

Yes.

Snshax only up to 10.1.

Using ARM11 you can downgrade, there you have ARM9.

Read more, comment less. You lost posting privileges on this topic when you said in another thread that "9.6+ sysNAND support doesn't mean 9.6+ emuNAND support". Derp.

Downgrading doesn't give ARM11 access, it requires it. Downgrading will give ARM9 access, and therefore full system access.

While the two major features ARM11 allows are downgrading and installing universal ("legit") .cia installation, it's worth noting that NTR-CFW 2 was achieved with only ARM11 access.

so its worth for peopel to buy gateaway with a firmware on 9.4?
Yes, gateway will soon support all the way up to 10.3
It's worth pointing out that it was more than two months between when Gateway first announced 9.2 support and when it was eventually released.

I am glad memchunkhax2 is a thing. Does anyone know when it will be released
When it's finished. There are a number of devs actively working on this and making steady progress. Realistically it is likely weeks away still.

The method used for downgrading gives Kernel11. I wrote that the wrong way, sorry.
What I meant by "9.6+ sysNAND support doesn't mean 9.6+ emuNAND support" is that people on 9.5 and lower won't access 9.6+ emuNAND on N3DS without having to download something to run it (keys, a FIRM dump, etc)
