Homebrew Why does browserhax not work on my New 3DS.

I have cleaned Cockies ,Cache and Save Data.
Got the latest Homebrew Starter Kit.
I tried it with my Other New 3DS XL and it worked?

All i can suggest is that you try, and try again, and if that fails wipe the browser data again. Browserhax can be temperamental.
What versions are the consoles on?

It is using NotHax

Did you set up you SD card correctly? Try redownloading the starter pack and install the boot.3dsx again

try deleting mashers boot.
If that doesn't work then try deleting everything that says boot.3ds

If your console is N3ds then the QR code wont work, type the url. Remove any theme setted then try again.

webkithax_tmp.bin? That's what I saw when I tried this on a PC (for the lulz).
