Homebrew N3DS Browser on O3DS?

That would allow O3DS to get html5 and video support. Even If the O3DS isn't powerful enough maybe would it be possible to somehow launch it like a normal game and not a side app to give it full power?
 
Well, I don't know if the N3DS browser in itself can be launched on O3DS (even if I highly doubt it), but I'm practically certain that it wouldn't be able to play videos anyway, since the N3DS have specific new hardware for this purpose (10MB of VRAM and a h264 decoder iirc).
 
How does the netflix app do it then on O3DS (I don't think they recoded their entire library just for 3ds) does it use software emulation of some sort?

I think they developed a specific player to play all their videos, and those only. That would explain why the YouTube app can't play anything besides YouTube videos, even if you go on other websites with the app.

Youtube works with pornhub (don't ask how I know...)
