Hacking 3ds firmware 6.2.0-0E confuson

So as some might know i buyed a dsi XL and a DSTWO+ and it works fine. So to test it out i put it in my gfs 3ds and it worked even better then on my dsi xl. So i readed that with the new + card u can play 3ds games with gateway. Only problem is should i upgrade it to 9.2 ore try to downgrade ( i reded thats difficult) ore yust leave it as it is?

With this versión you don't have browser without browser you can't access to the gw launcher but you can use the mset exploit to launch rxtools 3.0 and install it.

That would be more a brick for my gf to trow against my head.
So after a few years the bricking issues is still a porblem with the gateway lancher? It says its suported on the card but im to new to fully understand why its only half fixed, sorry

It's not a problem if you have a real Gateway card, the supercard team thought it would be a great idea to steal Gateways launcher for there card.

Well it is if it works . I readed this was also a problem for r4 cards?
Maby it was a better idee for them to ask premmission to use thare software and include a small share of the sales?

Sure it will work until you get BSOD with a locked Nand and they would never license there launcher.

If you use SuperCard DSTWO+ to play 3DS games you can brick the console no you will brick it for sure
its not our fault if that happends install Rxtools if you know how to setup gateway it would be easier to setup Rxtools you can use the DSTWO+ to install the MSET because you can´t install gateway without the browser

This brick code was inserted with the 3.5 launche.

And this is where you are wrong the brick code has been around since 2.1 they gave a warning in the 3.5 summary they did not say something "new" was added.

No you need it to format Emunand that's it you're not using it to boot anything.

Okey i gooing to sound like a total n00b here, But with the rxTools u dont need the DSTWO+ card at all correct? So the 32gb class 4 kingston mircosd (with bigger addaptor) for all the 3ds games?

No its useless which is what baffles me as to why people buy it. Everything the card does can be done with CFW and Retroarch.
