what happens when you scan the QR code? what is your full firmware (e.g. 9.5.0-22E)? are you sure you're picking the correct region?

When not connected to the internet, you get a slightly bugged out top screen and then Cubic Ninja throws you back to the home menu.

Stuck on a red screen error usually indicates that a valid boot.3dsx file isn't present at the root of the SD card, so it gets stuck trying to load one.

Red screen happens after the payload has run, you have a red screen and usually your boot.3dsx gets loaded fairly quickly.

Wrong payload would most likely kick you back out to home menu after the "homemenu ropbin is ready" message.

this probably means you don't have a boot.3dsx at the root of your microSD card.

if you do, then your microSD card might have some problems (which you can easily fix). are you using Windows?

Redownload the boot.3dsx and give it a try. It may be corrupted.

put the microSD card physically into your computer (don't use microSD Management).

download https://github.com/mashers/3ds_hb_menu/blob/master/launcher.zip and extract it to the root of the microSD card.

try ninjhax again.

For some reason I'm unable to see some of the new applications when using grid launcher, like the old ironfall installer. It was fine when I switched back to the old launcher, wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
