Hacking [request] emunand region change toolkit

please someone who has it to share it or if there's a more up to date tutorial about region changing, please enlighten me. thanks in advance.

Just get a CIA update pack for the region you want and install every single CIA with sysupdater

is that all? so i no longer need secure info a dumping and injection and other any step other than upgrading emunand using other region pack?
and what emunand mode is recommended to do this? gw? rei? rx? cakes mode?

Oh I forgot about the secureinfo... that's only needed if you want to go online however... If you do it on emuNAND you can actually have more than one emuNAND, I believe that you can only get it through Cakes firmware though... hope you get it worked out
