OP
I know many NNID questions have been asked, but I screwed up when using homebrew on my old 3ds with my NNID. Apparently, launching the system settings under a different region changes your system region. (FUCK) It won't let me format my system memory or change anything with NNID settings because "the one on the console is not my region. And I stupidly updated (yeah, I can't format OR change NNID settings but I can update. Really Nintendo...) so I can't change my region back. I was wondering if you could create a new NNID on emuNAND without doing anything on sysNAND.

@Minox will you help me, I accidentally posted in wrong section...

I'm pretty sure you can change the region in system settings
It is not possible. The system settings go into kernel to view things. That is why launching system settings as a dif. language changes the system version, although not the language. Something got fucked up so it checks for US formatting and cannot format on Japanese console.

No in system settings, go to profile and itl ask you to select ur region. that's what I did when mine was accidently set to Japan
Oh, I see what you mean. That just changes where the user is located. I could have a korean 3ds with an Arizona region. I will try changing it but I am not sure if it will work. What I mean is the internal region. Like, no matter what, if you have a profile region of England and you could have a Firmware-F-W-somethingU for the US if that is the console region
