ROM Hack Convert .bcfnt (3DS) to .ttf (Windows) ?

It's possible or not?
Convert a 3DS gamefont to windows font.

I can see them in EFE, but possible to convert the bcfnt to ttf for use with Photoshop?

No its not easily possible. BCFNT's are bitmap fonts. Would need to vectorize them to convert them to ttf.
