^^ Question in title. If i can what can it do? And how do i hack it?

if the ps tv is 3.52 or below then you can make it play every ps vita game (if the game requires the touch screen then obviously it won't work)

If your looking to play pirated vita games then your out of luck. No public exploit for this yet.

I'm pretty sure you need an exploit game to play psp games.

The hack to make all vita games work requires you to send some emails to yourself and check them on your pstv

You need a ps3 to hack the psp mode (don't ask me how to transfer the exploit game to the ps tv)

I said in a couple of posts above that you CANNOT play pirated vita games. There is no hack for this

Yes you can play pirated psp games ( think you need a ps tv on 3.18 or below, this may have changed)

Your ps3 has to be up to date to access psn. So either the latest official firmware, or custom firmware (or spoofed to latest). Use psnpatch if you're on custom firmware.

And yes you can use psp isos and homebrew
