Hacking Use Loadiine without web access??

I am wondering if i can run loadiine exploit without a valid internet connection.

my wii keeps erroring out while connecting to either hotspot or home network.

It works some times. but other times has not.

Without a valid internet connection, Yes, you can host Loadiinee yourself,
But you must have connection to your home network in order to reach the WebServer hosting loadiine.

Is the WiFI OK ? (More devices have issues ?)

Maybe the Wii LAN Adapter is something for you. (Works on WiiU)
