ROM Hack Romfs path(INVALID)

I followed everything in this tutorial very closely, step by step to do a model swap in Omega Ruby. However, hans keeps telling me it's invalid. I am fairly new to the hacking scene and I am getting frustrated since I don't even know how I could pinpoint the problem. What can I do? What should I look over again?

You don't need to edit hexadecimal anymore with latest HANS version. Are you sure your 0011c400.romfs file is in the "hans" folder at the ROOT of your sd card ? Not in 3ds>hans.

Yes, it is in the root.
