I don't think that you can have access to a real CFW in 9.3+, also, MSET downgrade is possible in that version thank to HANS, but it not load nothing for have not ARM9 access.

Edit: Users; you should not have hype, because this user has never released anything like a CFW.

wrong...

how do we make the icon for this?
you can create a 48x48 png with your favorite tool and then create a 48x48x24 horizontally fliped bmp file t be used in the 3ds
the bmp file will not be necessary in the next release, but it is required in this version
files must be named icon.png and icon.bmp

I am creating one right now.
It works like any other cfw below 9.2, but I am trying to improve it making it work from 9.3 to 10.1

I was having a small problem with the icon in the Japanese Home Menu:

thanks to @redunka I think I can fix it:

the new version will be released in one or two days

Nice work :)
I like it better than CHMM2 since it allows me to change themes without a reboot and to use the random fonction built in the 3DS menu. But of course, I understand that those with only homebrew available can't have that luxury...

However, from what I understood, the theme pack you generate for EU always uses the HMMP (NES Jumping Mario Theme) ID, right ? Would it be possible to choose the ID among a list of like two or three IDs ? This would allow to have for example finished themes in a pack and WIP themes in another pack without having to generate a pack with 92 themes each time.
