Homebrew Can HANS launch the browser?

Hello,
You probably know that there is an update, for using the browser.
But, I don't want to update my N3ds, so does anyone know if HANS can launch the browser and block the message who said that there is an update? Because I really want to use the browser.
So if, anyone know, you can say it here.

The browser app itself checks for the 'no run' flag so homebrew booting isn't going to help.

They can be loaded? Maybe it's because they use less ram than the browser or miiverse but idk really.

It doesn't care about the firmware. If the no run flag is set that's it unless you can modify the NAND savedata somehow.

Or use a different browser altogether. Like wii browser with downloading and files and stuff.

They're selectible titles never tested.

They most likely won't work because they aren't actual titles, they're apps that can be run in the background and don't work in the same way.
