is normal that i only can see updates?

If only updates are showing up on the eShop, this must be because your chosen region isn't supported by the eShop. If you don't have a NNID added you can change your region.
I've experienced this before, when my youngest brother (he lives in Singapore) got a 3DS I had to change the region setting to Brazil for the eShop to be usable.

Does this work on N3DS 10.1? I followed the tutorial but freeze on a yellow screen.

Does this work on N3DS 10.1? I followed the tutorial but freeze on a yellow screen.

Works on 10.1, patched on 10.2 though. It will freeze or crash to an error rather frequently, it often takes me 5+ tries before it works, just hold the power button to turn off and try again.
