Will download the 3DS versions once I get home to test them out. :)

Does this have to do with the DSP being available now or something?

Or why do the 3DS suddenly work on pair with the CIAs with sound and everything? o.o
 
This problem can also be seen on Donkey Kong Country (USA / rev.b). It is not permanent though, happens randomly.
More info on this that might help narrow down the issue. I went in and started messing with aspect ratio stuff, and when I set the aspect ration to 1:1, the stuttering is gone. So its seems like it has something to do with how its blowing up things to the normal 4:3 size maybe? If anyone else can try this and see if it gets rid of the stutter for them, just so I know its not just my machine....

ok, that at least I can reproduce ! I will see if I can get it fixed.

Still a bit of a shame Super Butouden 2 is off speed-wise in CatSFC...
Also,
mednafen PCE boots fine but when i load any game it says: RetroArch
:: cannot push NULL or empty core info into the playlist. and then the system locks

i have a BIOS (from Emuparadise)


PCE has already been marked as broken in recent builds.
And another also:
I found that on *hax2.5, using the reset combo (L+R+Down+B) can be used as an emergency exit from hangs. Hit or miss though, at least in combination with Masher's menu since randomly *hax will refuse to boot to menu...

is there a way i can get it working again? or do i just have to wait for retroarch to be updated?

doesn't have to do with DSP, 3ds rom builds have only been compiled for a few weeks I think(?) gotta admit, was the 1st time I tried them.

@aliaspider can you comment on the RAM regression on cia/3ds roms?
can't load KOF2002 anymore.

So i'm using retroarch to play SNES games but whenever i hit "save state" to either number it crashes. This also happened on the GBA emulator.

I've experienced this with the normal Smea launcher as well. Very hit or miss as you said on whether the reset button combo successfully returns to HBL or just hangs and returns to Home Menu with an error.
 
For whatever reason on my O3DS, I'm not able to run NES games, it says I don't have enough samples for the monitor refresh rate estimate.
Any help with this? If it helps I'm running the latest firmware on the O3DSXL. I used to be able to run nes games before the latest update using Fceumm
 
I know the feeling :/
:/ Kinda wish there was a MAME port someone could make i mean it shouldnt be that hard for a dev to do it even if the mame can play small roms im sure we can get splatterhouse on it but i doubt we will ever see it on ds :/

So for now ive been jamming on Tekken 2 on 12fps lol :)
