Homebrew About ninjax

Hello everyone,

I want to buy a copy of cubic ninja for ninjax but I heard at some place that don't work on 9.3 firmware and above, but I saw that work with 9.9 and more. So it confuse me a lot, can someone explain how the thing work? and I heard that use a browser type exploit, so do I need to update to 10.2 to use it?

If you are looking forward for a CFW for your 3DS on FW > 9.3 step back. Cubic ninja will only help you load user mode homebrews but never CFW.
For CFW with cubic ninja you need explicitly FW <= 9.2 because kernel access is needed.

Also if you had a FW 9.0-9.2 3DS you don't even have to purchase cubic ninja to put a CFW.

I don't want custom firmware unless I buy a new 3ds, it only to be able to reinstall themehax because I delete it by accident with updating my 3dsto 10.1 and also get a backup if I ever do that again

Even if there are reports of it not working, try browserhax. Insist a little. If not working, there are ways to launch browserhax with a local server in your LAN.

A cubic ninja cart is too expensive right now.

well, there is no way for now to make browserhax work on old 3ds for now, so I see that ninjax is only option
