Well I have a European 9.9 3ds and I can still use the browser...i always get errors when I try to perform Browserhax but I don't have that message...yet...

Good thing I still have IronHax... ThemeHax seemed went down the drain as well.

My newest 3DS is still on 10.1, but my old 3DS still is on 9.4

Well, looks like Nintendo followed the same strategy for Youtube, when you try to access the browser and you haven't updated it will force you to update.

Happened to me and some other users. (I'm on 9.9)

That was SUPER CLOSE. I just used browserhax like 40 minutes ago as I corrupted my Ironhax save. If I didn't restore it, I'd have been outta luck.

Nintendo Logic: Let's block inoffensive homebrew but let's allow piracy cards like Sky3DS

That's the reason why the company is dying.
Well they can only block Sky with new AP. Which they did. Sky interfaces like a stock cartridge to the system. It can't really be blocked.

Well fug, good thing I have CN cause themehax isn't installed right now. Hopefully someone will discover more entrypoints soon, they're getting awfully scarce lately.

not dead for me although my system is 9.2. maybe its just for 9.9 and up?

We need more info. If anyone's still on 9.6, 9.7, and 9.8, can you try it as well to see when this started happening?

Is it only US region for now because my European 3ds still has access to the browser... browserhax is errorring though...
