Okay so on CPS1 and 2 certain games i try to load give me what i assume is an error saying rom index (insert number here) was not found ... CRC: 0x1cd33c7a and it just hangs there, and sometimes itll show this same error and then the game will load if it sits long enough, anyone else getting this or know whats wrong? Really amazing emulators i love the punisher game on the cps1

I cant wait until these emulators get 3D support That will be the 3DS' trump card(once framerates and compatibility are refined). I had a friend tell me why bother with all that 3ds homebrew to get emulators on my 3ds when I can get emulators on my phone doing nothing but a simple search.

I tried explaining the benefits of real buttons (among other things) but nothing would convince him... But if I said he could play his old pokemanz in 3D I bet he'd sing a different tune.


As for my results for Neo Geo and CPS1/2 emulation I apparently need to add some clones in my list for CPS1 before I can try a game, and CPS2 and Neo Geo run at about 30FPS. Not too bad, but that's definitely not good. For me I couldn't use these to play games, but many others find 30FPS acceptable.

If you want to install NinjHax 2.1 instead of 2.5, you'll need the 2.1 boot.3dsx file.

One thing I don't understand is why emulators are not working properly with themehax when it's a different exploit from ninjhax?

Metal Slug 4 runs great on FBA Neo Geo now. Pretty sure it didn't a few weeks ago so. 60fps on N3DS (2.5NH)

For all those like me who are inpatient to wait for 2.5 to get better and want to go back to good old 2.1 THERE IS A SOLUTION afterall!

What you need is to install Themehax installer offline which will install 2.1 version again.

gpSP core doesn't seem to work.
Got it from the latest nightly, on 2.5
Others I've tried work, just this one hangs when I try to load a rom.

The builds that Aliaspider posted are working for me on Hax 2.5 (IronHax in my case). Weird how the FPS has gotten worse in some cases. Hopefully that's not permanent!

True. I felt cps2 deteriorated a bit. But I think that will be solved.
